So now we're supposed to be all up in arms because a few mutants are 'missing'?  I say good riddance.   Already I feel like the streets are safer.  My only disappointment is that now I won't get to see them in court and put them away myself.  There's probably a reasonable explanation anyway.  Maybe they took a spur of the moment vacation?  Or maybe they're terrorists who felt the need to disappear for a while.

Personally, I don't see why anyone is making such a big deal about this.  Wasn't it enough we gave them back their so-called 'rights' like they wanted?  Not that any of the human population were asked what they thought about that idea.  Now a dozen go missing and it's supposed to be such a huge deal?  How many humans go missing every month... week... day?  I don't see the world in an uproar about them.

It's a sad state of things when we care more about a bunch of freaks them than we do about our own kind.

I believe in the brotherhood of man, all men, but I don't believe in brotherhood with anybody who doesn't want brotherhood with me.  I believe in treating people right, but I'm not going to waste my time trying to treat somebody right who doesn't know how to return the treatment. - Malcolm X
